The prices in the US are very similar to the uk prices some deals outmatch American options and vice versa for example the Pound sterling menu in MacDonald's uk is very good and offers a large selection of the menu.

The American burger king meals are cheaper than the uk, They have a lot more of a selection of fast food in America, Dairy queen is a popular choice it offers a vast range of ice creams as well as hot food but this would not be suitable for England as the weather is not as hot.

Hooters Fast Food Restaurant is also another popular fast food spot but it is debatable whether this is because the food is good or other known  reasons (see photo) Slogan: Delightfully Tacky Yet Unrefined!!

There are some really nice places to eat out in America and I mean really nice ponderosa is one of them an all you can eat buffet where the food is absolutely delicious possible one of the best all you can eat buffets I have been to. Outback is another restaurant that is worth a visit its an Australian style steak house and the food is truly awesome.

The prices in the supermarkets are in general lower but some things like bread are almost triple the cost in America.

In England there only tend to be the typical fast food places unlike the US which have a much larger selection. Unlike the US we are not honored enough to have anywhere such as hooters.

The sandwiches that you get in shops, cafes in the uk tend to be tastier then American alternatives but that could just be me because I am English born and bread.

Restaurants in the uk are similar to American versions except with a larger price tag, but at the same time the food is good one excellent restaurant is Toby carver serving every fresh meat known to man with your choice of sides, and not with to larger price tag.

The Outback restaurants are slowly moving into the uk.

Fish and chips topped with salt and malt vinegar are a UK Specialty they are not available from American cafe and there is no fish and chip shops, as there are in the uk, for £1.60 - $3.20 you get battered cod and a medium portion of proper English chips or as Americans call them fries.
