| You can have plenty of
pets in America, the main reason being due to land being cheap
and most people having a rather large plot. It is not unusual
for people in the US to own horses either in their yard garden
or on a private plot. Owning a horse is in fact quite popular
there are plenty of trails that are free to use to take your
horse and ride.

Almost all Americans own one or more dogs and cats there is
enough land for the animals to have room to do their necessaries
and exercise. Where my family member in America lives in the US
they have 2 horses previously 3, 3 dogs, 8 cats, 1 ferret and a
fish pond. This is a very unusual amount of pets to have in the
uk simply because there is not enough room.

You can have pets in the Uk but
space is more limited to have horses is extremely rare for most
everyday British people partly because they are so expensive and
partly because of lack of land if people in the uk do have
horses they are usually kept in rented stables or fields.

Most people tend to have a cat or dog but more than likely a
cat due to again land dogs are usually walked in local parks or
woods due to their not being enough land in gardens.
Most people with kids have rodents instead of animals that
require land and space to run around.

Fish are quite popular in the uk purely because they are
pretty maintenance free and don't require any land at all unless
of course it is a pond.
